This position plays a critical role in the company as it is responsible for ensuring that all of our customer’s service and maintenance needs are scheduled, dispatched and closed properly to ensure return customers and high renewal rates on our contracts.

Skills & Specifications:
- Proficient in general office tasks such as filing, typing (minimum 40WPM) and have a minimum basic skill level in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Good Communication with Customers and Co-Workers.
- Able to work as a member of a team.
