Contract B: Residential Air Conditioning Labor Contract

Includes two maintenances plus additional labor at no charge for

air conditioning services as needed.

Annual charge per system: $200

Contract C: Residential Full Air Conditioning Contract

Includes two maintenances plus additional parts* and labor at

no charge for air conditioning services as needed.

Annual charge per system:

Units one to five years old $285

Units five to ten years old $310

*Specialty filters will be billable at time of replacement

Contract D: Residential Full Air Conditioning and Appliance Contract

Includes two maintenances (air conditioning only) plus additional parts** and

labor at no charge for air conditioning and appliance service as needed.

Annual charge per system:

Units one to five years old $400

Units five to ten years old $425

Basic Appliances (Electric Only) Include:

Refrigerator with Automated Ice Maker,

Range with Self-Clean, Hot Water Heater,

Garbage Disposal, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer,

Microwave (labor coverage only)
